About the founder of Changenetworks

HI! I am Ulrike and I have over 15 years of experience in change management, digital transformation and organisational development. I've worked in turnaround management, operational excellence and digital transformation accross industries: in the public sector as well as in the electro industrie and currently in the cultural sector, in start-ups and in multinational corporations.

I have work experience of several years in United Kingdom, Italy and China.

Besides my work experience I am a researcher. I have published a paper in quantum technologies and education and I have done research in empathic AI as well as in ectogenesis.

Drawing on my professional experience and research activities, which have involved exploring the latest technologies, I understand the impact that technological progress can have on organisations and society. I am therefore committed to ensuring that technology is developed, introduced and used responsibly, while also considering its potential environmental and social consequences – because organisations are also a cornerstone of social and sustainable development.

In my spare time I own a Food Coop together together with over 500 others in Cologne City. I advocate for green and responsible technology within the greens party in Cologne and I support the DI-Day movement with an own group.

My educational background

I have a background in Public Administration Management, Business Administration and Social Sciences with a focus on Technology Assessment and Responsible Innovation.
